Please note that during peak shopping seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays in processing. You will be notified if there are any significant delays with your order.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

    Standard shipping is the most economical option and typically arrives within the time frame provided.

  • Expedited Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.
    This option is faster and ensures quicker delivery of your items.

  • Overnight Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time: 1 business day.
    If you need your order urgently, choose overnight shipping for next-day delivery (available only for select locations).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, availability of products, and external factors such as weather or holidays. Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) may also experience delays that are beyond our control.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method chosen, and the delivery address. You will be able to see the total shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

  • Free Shipping:
    We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. This offer excludes expedited and overnight shipping methods.

  • International Shipping Fees:
    International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and weight of the package. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international orders, and these are the responsibility of the customer.


4. International Shipping

We are happy to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. The shipping carrier may contact you directly to collect these fees upon delivery.

  • International Delivery Times:
    International orders typically take between 7-14 business days to be delivered, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

  • Customs and Duties:
    All customs duties, taxes, and fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more details regarding any import regulations or fees.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment directly through the shipping carrier’s website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after your order is shipped. If you have any issues tracking your order or believe there’s a delay, please contact us for assistance.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes:
    We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid street address for shipping.

  • Remote Locations:
    For remote or hard-to-reach areas, additional shipping fees or extended delivery times may apply. If this affects your order, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping arrangements.


7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Lost Packages:
    If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or other family members who may have received it on your behalf. If you are unable to locate it, contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue. We can also assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier.

  • Damaged Items:
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you realize that you have made an error in your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary changes.
