1. General Return Policy
We understand that sometimes purchases don’t work out, and we want to make returning items easy for you. You can return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions below. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. All tags, labels, and protective seals must be intact. Certain items such as cosmetics, personal care products, intimates, or final sale items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety concerns. Be sure to review product details before purchasing. -
Initiating a Return:

Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of why you’re returning the product. We will then provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. -
Return Window:
The return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns made after the 30-day window will not be accepted, so please ensure that you return your items within the required time frame to qualify for a refund or exchange.
2. Refund Policy
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will process your refund as follows:

Refund Processing:
Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. -
Partial Refunds:
If your returned item is opened, damaged, or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the item. If the item has been clearly used, damaged, or altered in any way, it may not be eligible for a refund. -
Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are non-refundable:- Sale items or clearance items (unless defective)
- Personalized, customized, or engraved products
- Cosmetics, skincare products, or beauty tools once opened or used (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Gift cards or e-gift cards

Refund Notification:
Once your return has been processed, we will notify you via email that your refund has been issued. If you used a credit or debit card for your purchase, the refund will be credited back to your card. Please be aware that depending on your bank or payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer either a replacement item or a full refund. Please follow these steps to return a defective or incorrect item:

Return Instructions:
After confirming the issue, we will send you a prepaid return label, and you can ship the defective or incorrect item back to us at no cost. -
Replacement or Refund:
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
4. Exchange Policy
At this time, GlamSxGloss does not offer direct exchanges for products. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Return Shipping Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure that it reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. -
Free Return Shipping:
If the return is due to a defect, error in processing, or the wrong item being shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.
6. Late Returns
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that are returned after the 30-day return window. If your return is received after this period, we may be unable to process your refund or exchange.
